LabTrek is the european dealer of low-cost AFM:

  • FSM Nanoview  a very low-cost, high resolution,  contact/non-contact AFM (optional:  MFM, EFM, Lateral force and Phase imaging)
  • NanoTutor SPM,  performing AFM, STM analysis and MicroLithography
